2019/2020: Following their retirement, the owners operated the boat as a private hire boat, she has been maintained to commercial safety and operational standards with a focus on ease of use, durability, and complete reliability. Unlike boats that sit idle for months, NB Maddison has enjoyed regular, professional servicing, frequent hull blacking, and systematic planned maintenance. She is fully turn-key and ready for continuous cruising, liveaboard living, or ongoing leisure use.

ENGINE: Isuzu Marinised 42hp with hull cooling and hot water take off. 2 x separate alternators for domestic & starter battery.
GEARBOX/DRIVE: PRM 150 Hydraulic Gearbox.
HOT WATER: Provided from engine to a large, insulated Calorifier.
HEATING: PROPEX LPG Blown Warm Air System. (This can be easily replaced with similar diesel powered heater)
DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 4 x 12v, 110ah deep cycle domestic leisure batteries charged by a dedicated high-capacity alternator. 12v Miniature Circuit Breaker protected distributions to pumps and LED lighting throughout the boat.
Additionally, a 230v, 1.8KW Sterling Pro Power Inverter, supplies power to the 2 x TV's (located front & rear), Fridge Freezer, LPG cooker ignition and electrical sockets throughout the boat.
12v Starter battery has a separate dedicated alternator.
LPG SYSTEM: 2 x 13kg LPG bottles are located in gas lockers, with gas drop out vents at the rear deck. LPG is supplied via ALDE Bubble leak tester.
TOILETS & SANITATION: Main bathroom has a full size domestic shower with JABSCO macerator toilet. 2nd JABSCO macerator toilet is located in the rear cloakroom. Both toilets discharge to a single large holding tank with level gauge.
FRESH WATER: 400 LTR (approx) fresh water tank in the bow. JABSCO Par Max 3 (new in Sept 26) delivers fresh water on demand.

The 62ft cruiser stern provides a large, social deck area—ideal for group cruising or relaxed handling. The hull and steelwork have been maintained diligently with regular blacking cycles and prompt anode renewals to ensure long-term integrity.
The gunnel and topside paintwork is refreshed every year before the start of the boating season.

•GALLEY: Fully equipped with full-size domestic LPG 4 hob cooker with grill & main oven. Inset sink, under counter fridge / freezer, and generous worktop & storage space. Full inventory of crockery and cooking utensils included.
• SALOON & DINETTE: Comfortable & spacious seating arrangement convertible into sleeping quarters.
• BERTHS: 2 x Single berths at the rear. Fixed double bed. Flexible sleeping layouts: Dinette converts to a double bed and saloon seating can provide 2 x single berths. Providing up to 8 comfortable berths in total.
